Ninzi-Connect beats 35 companies to win Aspect Top
Performer Award
Ninzi-Connect has been named Top Performer in the
Africa, Middle East and Europe region by Aspect, the
worlds largest call centre solution provider, ahead of
35 Aspect partners in the region.

Ninzi-Connect is a telecommunications and
contact centre solutions company that has
evolved from Multi-Connect, a company with
nearly 20 years’ experience in the contact
centre market, with a large customer base
spanning the financial, insurance, retail,
communication, utility, medical and travel
sectors.
The award was presented to Howard Haines, CEO
of Ninzi- Connect, by Aspect’s chief executive
officer and president, Jim Foy, at the Aspect
Software annual sales kick-off meeting held in
Orlando in January this year. Ninzi-Connect has
been an Aspect partner since 1995, starting off
with the Davox and TCS workforce management
product lines (now owned by Aspect). The award
recognises Ninzi-Connect’s commitment and
loyalty to Aspect, as well as its status as a
well-managed South African organisation.

Haines believes that Ninzi-Connect’s success in this
highly competitive market is due to its commitment to
adding value to its customers and the alignment of
Aspect’s solutions to their individual business
requirements. Allied to this is the company’s technical
expertise, as witnessed by several technical excellence
awards presented to it in previous years.
